Bum Motion Club was born within the new batch of emerging bands from Madrid.
It is made up by Iris Banegas, Pablo Vera, Alejandro Leiva, Alberto Aguilera and Pablo Salmerón.
With their latest EP “Niebla”, produced by Víctor Cabezuelo (Rufus T. Firefly) and recorded at El Invernadero with Brian Hunt (Russian Red, Anni B. Sweet), they respond to current anxiety and uncertainty, with a generational cry that is both defeatist and hopeful “it is a dramatic moment, but we will move on.”
Bum Motion Club connects the vintage guitars and atmospheres of shoegaze. Bum Motion Club are the purest emerging dream pop. Hit play and you will see that their sound is influenced by bands such as Wolf Alice, DIIV and Alvvays.
